We understand that sometimes issues arise, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We do offer refunds in cases of merchant errors, but please note that all of our items are made to order. As such, we are unable to offer refunds for reasons unrelated to merchant errors.
If you are unhappy with your purchase or believe there was an issue with your order, please contact us directly. We will do our best to resolve any concerns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
